How do I order?

Simply select your favourite design, proceed to checkout, added the Recipient details, a message for the card and your customer details, click payment and away we go!


Will it look like the picture?

As flowers are Mother Natures creatures, they do vary in colour and variety, as well as flowering seasons. At Poppies Flowers we will do our best to to ensure your selection is best represented as close as possible to your selected design. If substitutions need to be made they will be of equal or higher value and consistent form to maintain the integrity of the arrangement. 


Can I request a certain time for my order?

Time orders are welcomed for in studio collection. For your delivery options any special timed requests will incur an express delivery fee. Please contact the store directly for this specialised service.


What happens to my order if no one is at home?

If the recipient is not at home when the courier has arrived, then your delivery will be left (at the discretion of the driver) in a safe location. If the courier needs to return the item to the studio then contact will be made to inform you of the options available. Please note, we do not take responsibility for items that are left as per instruction.


Oops...wrong address?

If the details provided turn out to be incorrect then we will contact you to obtain the correct details - a re-delivery fee will apply.

If a Hospital patient has been discharged, then you will be contacted for a new delivery address and a re-delivery fee will apply.
