Delivery Information
  • Same Day delivery is available for orders placed by 11.30am
  • Please note we do not deliver on Sundays (Mother's Day excluded) or Public Holidays
  • If no one is at home, then the item will be left in a safe area if deemed safe to do so by the courier
  • Deliveries to businesses will be left with other staff members if the recipient is on break or left early
  • Hospital deliveries require patient full name, ward number and bed number - please note that some items are not available to send to intensive care - please seek direction directly from the hospital.
  • Apartment buildings and Secure locations must have the correct apartment/unit number; contact number of the recipient and building manager. Please note that we will call in advance of delivery to ensure access is available - a re-delivery charge will be applicable if the courier is required to return the items to the studio for redelivery.
  • Flowers to restaurants/cafes will need the table booking name and time of function.



  • Items that can not be delivered will be returned to the studio
  • Incomplete or wrong addresses will incur a re-delivery charge
  • Poor access, locked/electronic gates or animal in the yard will require your delivery to be returned to the studio. Collection from the Nailsworth studio can be organised or the option of re-delivery may be offered with a re-delivery charge.
